Favote Seinfeld Quote #12:
The seas were angry that day my friends, like an old man trying to send back soup at a deli.

I am reading a great DHTML book, and learning a lot about CSS. Have patience, soon all the links on this site will actually work!
I am also learning a lot about Reiki, and energy enhancement techniques.
One of my other hobbies is working out- really- and today I was doing crunches, and thinking about Reiki, when it hit me- "use it now stupid!" So I visualized my ab muscles as clearly as I could, (as I want them to look) and a beam of white energy flowing into my head-really- into my abs, and the funny thing was that unbearable pain I usually get at around my 30th crunch did not occur until around number 100. Pretty cool I thought; I ended up doing 500 crunches( alternating between sets of 100 and 50.) Which is an all time record for me!

Favorite scene from Sponge Bob:
The Hash-Slinging Slasher approaches.
SQIDWARD: Sponge Bob, no matter what I've said, I've always sorta liked you.
SPONGE BOB: Squidward, I use your clarinet to unclogg my toilet.

I went to an Energy Enhancement Workshop today. It was really interesting. I was about Reiki and energy medicine. One of the interesting points that the lecturedr made was how these "Energy Philosophies" are based on Eastern Traditions that are tried and true, and thousands of years old, but because they are new to us here in the West they are called New Age.
It really was interesting, and I learned a few new techniques, and was reminded of some I knew from Thought Field Therapy, but hadn't used in a couple years. I think I am going to take some Reiki classes.

Condolences to Spain.
The Coldest Night of the Year
I look to a distant howl in the frigid winter night
I stare at my breath
An answering howl far behind me
